Egypt Coatings Show 2025

This year’s Egypt Coatings Show took place in Cairo from February 23rd to 25th. Schwegmann was represented at the booth of New Trac Trading, our distribution partner in Egypt. “A well-attended trade fair with many interested visitors at our booth,” summarized Roger Bovermann (Sales Additives at Schwegmann) and Patrick Ashba (Managing Director at New Trac Trading) when reflecting on the event. Many customers followed the invitation of our distribution partner and visited the booth to learn more about our proven as well as newly developed additives for the paints and coatings industry. “There was strong interest in Schwegmann additives during the discussions, and as a result, several sample shipments will now follow,” said Dr. Mohamed Tagaldin, Business Development General Manager at New Trac, with satisfaction. There was particularly high demand for dispersing agents and defoamers for epoxy resin systems.
