Function:   SCHWEGO® soft 1000 A is used for isopropyl alcohol (IPA) free/reduced sheetfed offset printing. Optimized wetting agents allow an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) addition of maximum 4 %. This quantity of addition gradually can be reduced.

Properties:  
  • meets the criteria of various environmental labels (e.g. Ecolabel, blauer Engel)
  • Fast free-running behaviour
  • Stable ink-water emulsion
  • Stable adjustment of the pH-value
  • Reduced ink build-up on the damping rollers
  • Complexing of the hardness formers will prevent any deposits on the ink and damping rollers
  • Suitable for UV und special inks
  • Checked and released according to default settings of the machine builders
     
Quantity to add:   SCHWEGO® soft 1000 A eco is added to the water with a ratio of 2-4%.
     
Storage:   Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of SCHWEGO® soft 1000 A eco remain stable for at least 12 months.
