| Function: | Even in case of optimum filtration and conservation, germ formation will be a topic in fountain solution circulations again and again. This will lead to substantial trouble in the printing process in most cases. SCHWEGO® aqua fix 8111 cleans the damping water system gently and intensively at the same time. It is ideal for cleaning the dampening systems, especially for cleaning turbo dampening systems. The quarterly remove can take place every six months, thus shift capacities are kept free. | Application: | Periodic cleaning of the dampening water circuit with SCHWEGO® aqua fix 8111 should be carried out, especially with IPA-free printing. Add 10% SCHWEGO® aqua fix 8111 into the fountain solution circulation, filled with fresh water. Rinse the system for about 2-3 hours. If possible, close the return unit and rinse once with water and 10% fountain additive. |
