Fountain additive for heatset printing

Function:		SCHWEGO® soft 3000 A was developed for the comprehensive requirements and possibilities of heatset printing. According to the respective machine configuration and the technical conditions SCHWEGO® soft 3000 A will also allow printing without any isopropanol (IPA). SCHWEGO® soft 3000 AW for water hardness values of up to 10° KH SCHWEGO® soft 3000 AWM for water hardness values of up to 10° KH additional, enhanced preservation

Properties:		Defined setting of the surface and interfacial tension Special wetting agents ensure a reduction of damping and inking Outstanding anti-linting behaviour (reduced lint build-up) Stable setting of pH-values Fast free-running behaviour Checked and released in accordance with the specifications of the machine builders

Quantity to add:		About 2-3% of SCHWEGO® soft 3000 A is added to the water.

Storage:		Storage not under 5 °C. The described characteristics of SCHWEGO® soft 3000 A will remain constant for at least 12 months when stored adequately.
