SCHWEGO® clean III 8807

Cleaning agent for printing plate processors

Function:   SCHWEGO® clean III 8807 is a special cleaning agent for offset plate processors.
     
Properties:  
  • Intensive cleaning effect for machines
  • Chalk and developer residues are removed
  • The roller frames become bright and deep-down clean again 
Application:  
  1. Discharge developer.
  2. Mix SCHWEGO® clean III 8807 into the developer bath. In case of regular application or more easily soiling SCHWEGO® clean III 8807 can be diluted 1:3 with water.
  3. Let run the processor with the cleaning agent for about 15 – 45 minutes until all soil particles will dissolve.
  4. Moisten well the roller and plate guiding elements.
  5. Discharge cleaning agent and rinse thoroughly with water.
Storage:   Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of SCHWEGO® clean III 8807 remain stable for at least 24 months.
