| Properties: | SCHWEGO fluor 6524 possesses extremely high interfacial activity. SCHWEGO fluor 6524 reduces the surface tension to values of around 20 mN/m and is therefore used to improve wetting and levelling on non-polar substrates. | |
| Applications: | SCHWEGO fluor 6524 is suitable for solvent borne and water-based coating systems. Applications are: • Wetting additive for pigment pastes • Decrease of surface tension • Prevention of floating and flooding effects • Prevention of cratering • Coating of edges |

| Processing: | The dosage of SCHWEGO fluor 6524 is 0.03 – 0.3 % on total formulation. The incorporation of SCHWEGO fluor 6524 is possible at all steps from the production, also at the end from the formulation. | |
| Storage: | The recommended storage temperature of SCHWEGO fluor 6524 is 10 - 45° C. Stir it up before use. Keep it in a cool, well-ventilated place. Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of SCHWEGO fluor 6524 remain stable for at least 24 months, provided the original container is closed after use. | |
