| Properties: | SCHWEGO fluor 6536 possesses extremely high interfacial activity. SCHWEGO fluor 6536 reduces the surface tension to values of around 20 mN/m and is therefore used for wetting of non-polar substrates. | |
| Applications: | SCHWEGO fluor 6536 is suitable for solvent borne and water-based coating systems. Typical applications are: • Reduction of surface tension • Prevention of floating and flooding effects • Prevention of cratering • Coating of edges • Co-wetting additive for pigment pastes |

| Processing: | The dosage of SCHWEGO fluor 6536 is 0.01 – 0.30 % on total formulation. Because of the very low dosage we recommend predilution in one of the solvents of the formulation. The addition should take place before pigment milling. Post adding is possible, if SCHWEGO fluor 6536 is homogeneously distributed. | |
| Storage: | Stir SCHWEGO fluor 6536 up before use. Keep it in a cool, well-ventilated place. Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of SCHWEGO fluor 6536 remain stable for at least 12 months, provided the original container is closed after use. | |
