| Properties: | Flow disturbances, like orange peel or ropiness are undesirable film characteristics, which frequently also impair the gloss. SCHWEGO flow 8058 eliminates these surface defects in water-based systems. In many cases the gloss and the scratch resistance are also increased. | |

| Applications: | SCHWEGO flow 8058 can be used in virtually all water thinnable coating systems. SCHWEGO flow 8058 contains water as the only volatile component, which makes it especially suitable for solvent free water thinnable systems. | |

| Processing: | The addition amount of SCHWEGO flow 8058 is 0.1 - 0.5 %, calculated on total formulation. SCHWEGO flow 8058 should be added at the beginning of the production. Post addition is possible, if SCHWEGO flow 8058 is homogeneously distributed. For predilution one of the solvents of the formulation should be used. | |
| Storage: | Do not store SCHWEGO flow 8058 at temperatures below 0 °C and above 20 °C. Stir it up befor use. Keep it in a cool, well-ventilated place. Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of SCHWEGO flow 8058 remain stable for at least 2 years, provided the original container is closed after use. |
