SCHWEGO® eco foam 6320

Deaerator for non aqueous nature paints, VOC-free

Chemical base:   Mixture renwable raw materials with polymers

Properties:   SCHWEGO eco foam 6320 is a mixture of renewable raw materials with  polymers. The content of renewable raw materials is in SCHWEGO eco foam 6320 58% (ASTM D 6866). SCHWEGO eco foam 6320 prevents foam at the dispersion process and deaerates the film during the drying. SCHWEGO eco foam 6320 is a development special for non aqueous formulations with high content of renewable raw materials so called “green paints or bio-paints”. But the use in conventional solvent-based paints is also possible. SCHWEGO eco foam 6320 is free of VOC.

Applications:   SCHWEGO eco foam 6320 shows good defoaming and deaerating in following systems:
  • Alkyd formulations with high content of renewable raw materials
  • PUR-formulations based on polyols
  • Epoxy formulations
  • UV paints
  • Conventional solvent-based paints
