| Chemical base: | Surface active polymers in a solvent mixture | |
| Properties: | SCHWEGO foam 6388 is an interfacially active additive, which influences the surface tension. Hence, the formation of bubbles during the manufacture of paint or during application is reduced to a minimum. Any bubbles formed are quickly destroyed. In general SCHWEGO foam 6388 has beneficial effect on the flow of the paint film. | |

| Processing: | SCHWEGO foam 6388 must be carefully dispersed into the system. SCHWEGO foam 6388 should be added at the beginning of production. The dosage is 0.1 - 0.5 %, calculated on total formulation. | |
| Storage: | Do not store SCHWEGO foam 6388 at temperatures below 0 °C and above 30 °C. Stir it up before use. Keep it in a cool, well-ventilated place. Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of SCHWEGO foam 6388 remain stable for at least 2 years, provided the original container is closed after use. | |
