| Properties: | BLISTER FREE 55 was developed to prevent foam and bubbles during manufacture and application of aqueous coatings. BLISTER FREE 55 destroys foam very quickly by the interfacially active components. In many applications levelling is improved. | |
| Applications: | BLISTER FREE 55 has an excellent defoaming effect in all types of water-based alkyd systems, for instance in alkyd emulsions with and without co-solvents. There are also very good defoaming effects in modified alkyds and alkyd/acrylic hybrids. | |

| Processing: | BLISTER FREE 55 should be added at the beginning of the production. Post addition is possible, provided BLISTER FREE 55 is homogeneously distributed. The dosage is 0.05 - 0.50 %, calculated on total formulation. | |
| Storage: | Stir BLISTER FREE 55 up befor use. Keep it in a cool, well-ventilated place. Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of BLISTER FREE 55 remain stable for at least 2 years, provided the original container is closed after use. | |
