| Function: | Components of ink, fountain water and paper will form deposits in the pores of the inking and damping rollers. Especially calcareous deposits will impair the emulsion formation of printing ink and fountain water and can even lead to a roller running blind. | |
| Conventional roller washing agents on the basis of mineral oil will show hardly any effect in case of deposits of this kind. SCHWEGO calci clean 8179 will dissolve these deposits, regenerate the surface of the rollers and assist a stable emulsion formation. | ||

| Application: | Apply SCHWEGO calci clean 8179 after the usual roller washing on the rotating rollers. Squeeze after about 2-3 minutes with water. Then clean again with washing agent. It is recommended to apply a further treatment with SCHWEGO plus 8441 for regenerating and deeply cleaning the rollers. | |
| Tip: | We recommend to use SCHWEGO calci clean 8179 once a week, especially when printing with reduced alcohol or without any alcohol. | |
| Subject to appropriate storage, the described properties of SCHWEGO calci clean 8179 remain stable for at least 24 months. | ||
